harassment/hacking problem

since shes 13 and he got nude, report him to the police. i am sure there are laws in your state and his state making that illegal. call MS to see if you and her can talk to someone about banning him from the xbox live service.

 

yes there are laws everywhere about this. and ms told me to post here and gave me number i had posted in first post. i told her to call monday evening (shes in uk the person doin this and myself are here in states) friend of mine tracked his ip and found
he is somewhere in missouri. but we are deff trying to get this takin care of hopefully MS hasn't fully abandoned the 360 and their enforcement team will take care of it.

 

She's 13, which means there ought to be an adult account associated with her own. That adult account should change the privacy settings to exclude all messages and content from those not on her friend's list.

since he's in the UK, the FBI might have to get involved with INTERPOL. could be why MS is not really responding. situations involving people in different countries get complicated.

I am sensing more to this story than what we were told. Some extreme jealousy between ex-friends, perhaps?

 

You know what I would do? I'd call the police tell them a mean boy has been harassing me online telling me bad naughty things and then let the good cops take care of it. I'm sure they would.

Jokes aside, if she set her status to always offline that stalker wouldn't be able to know when she's on or off.

Still that ain't a solution but better than nothing. There's also the option to make a new account but if she has paid content on that and etc then it ain't ideal.
