harassment/hacking problem

a guy by the name xx [GT Removed] - Do not name and shame on the forums. has been harassing my friend is 13 and this guy is 16. when they first met they were friends and one day he asked her to join a kinect chat, well she did he started
getting nude and asking her to get nude as well. so she left and blocked him. she got on today and he was back on her friendlist and unblocked. so we blocked again after he starting threating me and we went into invite only party with just her me and a few
friends of mine and he some how joined. my request number is [Removed]

More evidence of incompetence regarding reports. Guy gets sent to the support page of all places. Shame that they got rid of the Enforcement tab because of the controversies. Shows me just how seriously Microsoft takes these cases if they send links to nowhere
rather than telling them to report the individual's profile. No one knows where to send people after a strong decade to figure it out.

I'm sorry but I was sent here by the person I was chatting with from Microsoft support they told me where to go and sent this link then what to say I also wasn't aware of that policy I apologize again

 

You are not allowed to name and shame on the forums.

 

i was told by the support staff that i was just talking to to name them. so the enforcement team can see it.

 

That's fine and it isn't your mistake.

The 'support staff' consistently tell people to post here. File a complaint on them for all the appropriate reasons --make sure she does too-- and it should be sorted.

 

What support told you is wrong. The only way the enforcement team will look into it is if you file a complaint via your consoles report player feature.

 

we have and have heard nothing i got on here today and the support staff gave me the number above and said with in 24 hrs so hopefully theyll see it though i doubt it cuz of the xbox one being out now

 

As far as I know you will not hear anything about action taken against the person that you reported.

 

XPET will do the work 4 you. And the look of it. Even the cops will be involed. And you and your female friends better have a statement ready when they come. And it has to be truthful. So in the futuer reffrences. Keep his GT out of you post. It a no no

What they should of instructed you to do was file a complaint, set to Avoid, and then block communications. Instructions on how to do those can be found behind this link Enforcement.

Remember that the enforcement team likely get thousands of complaints each day and each has to be investigated. Unfortunately it can sometimes take a little while for them to reach complaints.

 

we have unfortuntely we have done this quiet often and even blocked him but especially in my friends case he hacks her just to unblock himself and then he gloats about it in msgs to her

 

If he is 'hacking' her then you need to get your friend to increase her account security, starting with a new password. Info on account security can be found here

Also its a question worth asking. Are you sure your friend isn't working with this person? it seems very odd that her account has been compromised multiple times and all this tormentor has done is unblock himself?

 

i legit watched her on skype block him then log off then she logged right back on and unblocked him self. and like i said shes in the uk their firewalls arent that great compared to what we have here.
