harassment from throwaway accounts but I know who it is?

So I am getting a lot of spam messages ( all saying the exact same thing) from different accounts. they are throwaways as they all have 0 gamerscore on them but I am 100% sure about who it is. what can I actually do about getting the person responsible?

Receiving Hate Mail

It's more than just one person though, I have blocked communications from people who have already sent me mail but the harassment continues as it comes from different people and accounts. :-\

can't move my profile to usb

i've got two profiles on my xbox, one is my main account and another is a throwaway. i want to move my main account to my flash drive, but i keep getting a "can't perform action" error message. to test if something was wrong, i attempted to move my throwaway
account and had no problem.

can anyone explain why this is happening, and how to fix it?

You will have to report/block them on the console. Then the reports will be investigated by the enforcement team and the proper action taken.

You can always just create a throwaway free silver account and try that on your console.

this is another failure of Xbox to protect it's patrons.

The "failure" is on the part of the person who
didn't set their communication settings to friends only.
