    Harassment by player by mass reporting and getting repetitively banned for a gamer pic.


    I have been repetitively coms banned for my profile picture that was in fare use of the terms, I have over 10 current active coms bans on my account. I was playing call of duty warzone and I suddenly I couldn’t hear my friends and the I try to start a party and it tells me I have been banned from playing with others online and communicating with people, the only understanding I have is that I made a player mad and they chose to retaliate against me and cause me to be banned my a group or one person reporting me and I have no idea who this person is if there is anyway I can help with this this would be great. I have already notified customer service about this and they have sent an email to the enforcement team.

    I can’t because the ban I got is not as severe it won’t let me make a case review.

    Mass reporting will not get anyone banned. Evidence of actions breaking TOS has to be available.

    The reason Microsoft put was harassment, but there are screenshots of the full conversation and it was the other two guys that were harassing him. He's a UK player as well.

    this is becoming a problem, people are reporting legit fine gamer Pics and the system is just auto banning all, people with gamer Pics provided in the Xbox avatar library are also getting people banned, this needs looking into by actual Microsoft employees and not the enforcement team.

    Just a Question. So even If a player decides to lie in a Report trying to claim that he is being Harassed when that Player that is be reported isn't doing anything wrong to the one Lying and getting your still gonna give that Innocent Gamer a 1 day com ban
    even if he did nothing wrong against the Code of Conduct.
