Harassment/Bullying on a profile picture

I was playing on my xbox when i got informed that someone changed their profile pic to a pic of me and this guy has been harassing me an bullying me calling me a
[Mod removed profanity] over and over again and its got to the point where ive wanted to just cry to my parents, i told him to stop countless times but he never did and he continues to make fun of me, im very insecure about my look and i get
really sad and the fact he put the pic on a public account for everyone to see is terrible his gamertag is

you can block the person by going to their profile, you can report any messages received under the message that's sent. if you would like to know more go to - enforcement.xbox.com/Home/HowTo

from the forums there is no action that can be taken except from advice. I hope your problem gets resolved. we want the xbox community to be a happy and safe

every device. If a player behaves poorly on Xbox Live – whether on an Xbox console or a Windows device, we take it seriously and will ensure any enforcement action applies to their account on each platform. Take a look at
Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers.

As previously recommended by our awesome Ambassadors, you can go to the
Enforcement website and block/report/avoid this person for their harassment. We recommend reporting and blocking the other player in order to avoid future conflict as well. There is even a page dedicated to how to recognize

harassment and what to do to stay safe.

As the solution has previously been provided, and the Enforcement team does not come to the forums, I'll be locking this thread at this time. Many thanks to the Ambassadors and other posters that have included some great tips and information for Luca.

Hi there,

Please don't name and shame in the forums, it's against the rules. I understand what you're going through. Report the user through the console. Let the Enforcement Team take it from there.

Then Block the user. Do NOT respond to the user in any way.

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him and block communications with him. The enforcement team do not use the forums and calling out other gamers is
not allowed on the forums.

Block and report you can look into Xbox enforcement for your next step. Unfortunately there's nothing that can be done in the forums.
