Harassment, bullying and team-killing

Why are people allowed to bully and harass people and get away with it but the second someone responds to that abuse in a less than savory way, they get suspended or banned? I had a group of people bullying harassing and team killing me yesterday. They
called me names, made racist comments to me in game chat, followed me around in multiplayer taunting and trying to team kill me and the second I respond with 1 less than savory word, I get suspended. There has to be a better way to protect people on this platform.
I mind my business and enjoy playing. My reputation is good and that speaks to the fact that people dont typically have a problem with me. When I report people and make videos of cheating, glitching, team killing, abuse, or harassment, nothing ever happens.
I know this because my friends and I run into the same people on the same games doing the same toxic things and verbally harassing people and theres never a gap of time that their communications are suspended. Xbox live says two wrongs dont make a right but
one wrong doesnt seem to make a wrong unless I'm the wrong one. I'm curious to know who would be legally liable if the trolls who make a career out of abusing and harassing people eventually cause someone to commit suicide or self harm because of constantly
getting harassed without any repercussions for the abusers. I even try blocking people on live but somehow, their messages still come through and I still have to deal with it. It's not even like blocking people prevents harassment anymore. Almost everyone
is human and everyone has a breaking point and I dont think it's fair or just that people are forced to endure this type of behavior and are expected to never respond or defend themselves. They also dont take mental health into consideration. There are plenty
of people with autism and on the spectrum who play on this platform who might find themselves reacting very poorly to being bullied and harassed, especially by several people at once. People on the spectrum tend to have impulse control issues and bite back
hard when feeling cornered into a cage in any circumstance for life. Where is the protection for those people?

You're running in circles with this. I am telling you that I am witnessing people using the same language and behaviors that I have been suspended for and they are not getting enforced. I have proof that they are not getting enforced. My complaints clearly
arent being taken seriously. So what now?

Are you sending any messages to people AFTER you have blocked them? IIRC, sending a message to someone that is blocked will unblock that person so it is important that you stop sending message replies to them and then block them.

If you aren't replying and the Block feature is still not working properly for you then that is something that you will need to work out with Xbox Support as it isn't something that we can solve here on the forums.

People are not allowed to bully and harass people. But Microsoft can't do anything about it until someone reports them. As quoted above, block them & report them, never retaliate, as that only make things worse for you. If you are not sure how to report
someone, then you can find the instructions in the how to section of enforcement.xbox.com. You can also find lots of useful info on there on how the enforcement process works as well.

You have been given the appropriate responses. There is nothing further that can be done. The enforcement team only takes reports from the console.

As this thread does seem to have run it's course I'm going to go ahead and lock it.
