Harassment being ignored

I'm trying to post to Enforcement and get a case review which is near impossible. Please help me!

Disk installtions being ignored

I suppose I could try that but for some reason it happens to all games so I get the feeling that the xbox is the problem not the disks themselves

We'd recommend reporting the user on the console and the blocking them from communications with these steps
HERE. After the user is blocked they won't be able to send any communications to you. By sending the report, the enforcement teams will be able to take a closer look and will
be able to take action as needed.

If you are just trying to communicate with the PET(Policy Enforcement Team), it is impossible, they no longer operate on the forums.

Case Review. When you go to the Enforcement site I've linked and sign into the website with the account you are trying to gather the information on, are you unable to submit a case there? Are
you able to see Enforcement Actions on
this page? You should be able to do a Case Review, even if you have to submit a questionnaire. Let me know if you are able to or not, and we can go from there.

 

There is no option to submit a case review :

I disagree with the assessment of your enforcement team, my name was ONLY reported for this issue because of fraud/abuse and harassment. The fact that on the whim of a single single-minded individual my account's gamertag was changed, and I have no way to
respond to such enforcement?

 

You can only submit a single case review, but its pointless because all there going to do is uphold the suspension and then you have another issues to worry about. There's a glitch or defect that once the ban is lifted continues to block your chat so no
one can hear you. Its lovely how little Microsoft and Xbox does for the consumer but they will gladly take your money and run with it.

 

So they irresponsibly changed my gamertag and are making me pay $10 to change it again. That's what it's all about.

 

So basically they're scamming you out of $10 without just cause. Welcome to the new Xbox. Its all about the dollar now that they know the competition has been won by Sony. What they fail to realize is that this is why people are choosing Sony.

 

The support for xbox is very limited in their capacities, I don't blame the people who work for them. Not only do i have to stick with this name (which I refuse to play with) but they can't cancel my subscription that was recently renewed since it has been
more than 30 days. So I'm also stuck paying $60 for the year for a service I refuse to use because of a name change forced upon me by someone harassing me.

Let me reiterate the Code of Conduct that they are quoting you. While one person may have reported your name, if it falls under any of the following:

Enforcement will issue a forced name change. If your previous GT was even remotely related to those items, then it will be upheld. If it did not contain any of that, then they will evaluate the content again and make a decision from there.

Note that your subscription should be able to be cancelled, it is out of policy for a refund, though. If you would like to have your Gold subscription cancelled still, you will want
Contact Us via phone or chat again and have that agent remove your Gold.
