Harassment ban and i didn't even cheat or anything

I recently got a communications ban and thats understandable because i replied to some one that messaged me which i shouldn't have and then the night after i played just fine with no messaging or anything i was playing by myself and then the following morning
i got an email saying i have a harassment ban and i clearly didn't do anything to cause it. I already got a harassment ban out of the blue for no reason and applied for a case review with no avail. the date until the ban is enacted is upto 10/6/2017 6:00 PM.
Could someone tell me if i would be permanent ban after this ban is lifted because a friend told me that he had a 2 week temporary ban and he got a permanent ban right after and i dont want to be banned forever.

I recently got a harassment/abuse ban but i never said anything wrong I couldn't even do anything to harass anyone because I already had an communication ban i think the harassment ban should be tooken off or at least reduce it please help this a misunderstanding.

Was communication suspended for trash talking. 2 days after that, permanant ban for "harassment and threats". I didn't threaten anyone and couldn't have because of the ban. Now my account and gold subscription are gone without explanation. Anything I can

No one here can tell you that. It would be entirely up to the enforcement team. Best thing to do is read over the code of conduct and follow the rules when you are playing so you don't risk a ban.

 

I would like to be reviewed for that harassment ban which to me does not make sense for me. If I didn't even do anything then how would I he issues that. And I'm not going to take fill out the questionaire as an answer because every time I click the link
and click agree I do NOT get through to it. It's not fair for me not doing anything and then get a harassment ban. This is complete nonsense. I can understand the communication ban which is my fault for replying to that person.

Well that's a bad thought that they have not to monitor this site since their survey is a broken link which you can't even get into. I know about all the staying safe stuff. I kept it all clear but I still get the ban? How fair is that? For doing nothing,
no tampering, cheating or whatever the case may be. But I magically get ban over night and now I have to wish that I could play because of a team that is incompetent of doing their job right. I will if I could take them to court and with evidence as well prove
that they are at fault.
