    So
    If you see in this picture a player is obviously saying some rude and vulgar things. These things are incredibly racist and should not be tolerated. This person deserves an Xbox live ban and a message explain how this person's actions are wrong. This continued with
    many other bad words but this is the only picture I was able to get. I hope this is looked at and inforced upon.

    Permanent suspension for LITERALLY nothing

    I received a permanent suspension for Harassment and Abuse for failure to correct my past behavior. In 2014, I used profanity and vulgar language in my messages. Ever since my first suspension I completely cut out the use of vulgar language and profanity
    entirely. How is that a failure to correct my past behavior? I seriously don't know what I did or said

    Here are the ONLY types of messages I would send to people who annoyed me/trolled me/instigated a response by me:

    1. "Trash"

    2. "You're not good"

    3. "Idiot"

    Can someone tell me what was so bad? Is it really harassment and abuse by sending 1 message to person NOT using vulgar language and profanity? If I'm going to get banned for calling people "Trash" I might as well just call them "F*g**ts" since it's practically
    the same in their eyes.

    Swearing =/= bullying, harassment or abuse. I swear all of the time in my daily life. I'm not using those swear word to abuse the person I am conversing with. I'm simply using them as an adjective for what I'm saying.

    If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    first gets off scotch free. I report people who harass me for my gender, I report people who harass me in game, and nothing happens. I use the word “[Mod Removed - Inappropriate]” and I get auto banned.

    I find that players are using foreign languages as a way to tease, chide, and even harass others. But if you defend yourself in English, suspension is swift. Even after asking the moderators to look at the issue or offering to show video of the ongoing
    harassment - nothing is done. The last time I was suspended was due to players celebrating 9-11. There is a limit to tolerance.
