Harassing

I am Disable adult female and i am being harassing over something so silly on ark, and i really need help... it all started over me leaving the server and going to play with different friends and my spelling isn't the greatest but i really need help, i am
being sent harassing messages from more then one person and i can't cope with it and i am not sure what else to do.. I've been reporting it to the game developers and many calls to microsoft and i kind of feeling like giving up.. any help is needed ..ive been
to upset and i am being blamed and they said that i was harassing them when i have many witnesses

Harassing

Is there any way to actually block a harasser from following you around on xbox live? Last night [Mod Removed] decided the moment i joined his game that he needed to shoot my character to death every round. So the team kicked him, but he
came back repeatedly. So, i left and submitted negative feedback on his behavior and "avoided" him. Then i went back to playing Left 4 Dead 2, on another server. In spite of the avoid tag, he was able to track me somehow and join every game i got into for
the purposes of simply being disruptive and unpleasant. This went on for a couple of hours until it finally got so annoying that i just changed games.

I dont like being forced into leaving my favorite game in this fashion. Is there any way that i can set it so this particular player CANNOT enter my game?

 

Harassing

Recently me and my 13 year old nephew were playing MW3 and we played for a long time and after playing our last game my nephew received several messages from someone with the gamertag [Mod removed] who after being told to stop harassing
my nephew continued to harass him calling him names and used strong language.

So I blocked him from talking to my nephew thinking this would work and it did until he jumped on another gamertag and continued to harass him so I was forced to block that name and even sign my nephew out. Later i called up Xbox and was told to post the entire
problem and the persons gamertag who was harassing my nephew in hopes something would be done because it was just a game it was unnecessary to insult a 13 year old.

 

The best thing to do is to follow the steps on this website Xbox Enforcement | How Do I someone from the enforcement team will look at it and if there was violation of the code of conduct which can be read here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct
then the microsoft enforcement team will put an enforcement action on their microsoft account.

 

I've basically been dealing with it for awhile now and i am fed up and they are saying that i am "not" allowed on that server when it is a ark owned server

 

and yet i am still being harassed by these people and they are like telling me why i am on this server and i am finally fed up with it and i really need to speak to someone about it as soon as you can .... please i don't know what to do

 

Xbox doesn't have anything to do with the Ark servers, they don't manage or control them.

Xbox Support is not the Xbox Enforcement Team.

You may need to try another server. If the messages are being sent to you directly, then report the messages and block the players.

 

DownHillSkiier1, when it comes to something like that. The xbox support and enforcement should be helping you with this.

It seems their trolling you, regardless they think you have a disability or not. They just want to see how you react. Something like this is cruel too many levels. I would suggest to block them at all cost. But report them to the enforcement team. Also
go to the ark site Ark I really hope this works. No one should be trolls at all when it comes to this.

I have mild aspergers and Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder So sometimes I have meltdowns and other stuff.
