Harassement

my accounts and software are in constant attack.over million stopped intrusions behind,thanks to my super learning A.I.

i am being persecuted also in enforcement teram for this,though i have not done anything that sinister.

now,things being like that,i have important question.

How can i get all my Xbox games,and Apps a code of some sort,that allows me to use them(in worst case)after permanent suspension.

now this is a many thousand worth question,and i would like to get them codes,or discs ordered somewhere a.s.a.p.

i am hoping that you in there Microsoft take this seriously enoug,because i just removed an trojan,which had ability to post things in my name,and because i know that i myself as a Christian man do not bother others,unless someone verbally,or othervice attacks,i
have to say hard enough to them,and also always report.that i have done.

now just in case i need those codes for my game collection.

p.s.they have hijacked my facebook,google account already and many things must have been done by pretending as me.

Gamertag problem

@ I am sorry Zen, but you are not answering to OP question, about free change of the GT and you cannot know if his GT is not in breach of the TOU or Code of Conduct - that part belongs to Microsoft, reviewing OP's personal info provided to them.

Also when replying to that question, I received Chat from OP at the same time where I descripe the issue and resolution with all the details. And also gathered more info about the whole harassement.

I stay with my answer, as I personally met a player whos GT was changed by MS employee due to harassement.

If the harassement continue i suggest to report and send a complain agains the users, as they are in breach of the Code of Conduct.

Also if this are serious threats or abuses, contact your local authorities.

The only option to change the GT for free will be to ask Xbox Support team if they can do it for you, as you are a victim of a harassement I am sure ther is something they can do for you.

contact the enforcement team at their website. Since you did state that there had been suspicious activity regarding your profile, we strongly recommend that you

update the password to your account, as well as the account security information to further protect you going forward. You may also wish to avoid browsing any types of web sites via any web browser on the console that may expose you to any malware as well.

To answer your question regarding what would happen if your account was given a permanent suspension, any account that receives a permanent suspension would forfeit all content licenses, Gold membership time and any Microsoft account balance associated with
it according to the
Code of Conduct. There would be no way after a permanent suspension for any Microsoft personnel to provide any codes or compensation for that.
