    Harassed in game and via messenging, then accussed and suspended for retaliating


    I would like to begin by mentioning that the player by the gamertag of R6 fisheye03 was violating conduct by teamkilling in game (Rainbow Six Siege) then continued to shrug off and dismiss the behavior after i tried to reason. They responded by saying they
    did not care for what I had to say and wrongly reported my messages resulting in my first ever ( and unfairly given) suspension. I would like to send a video i was able to record of the resulting circumstance of the match and possibly to review the conversation
    since the Xbox's Enforcement team has allowed the true perpetrator to simply go unpunished which is both upsetting and demonstrates poor logistical evaluation. I wholeheartedly believe in the Enforcement Team's goal, but unless this is how they believe a situation
    is well handled I would like support in understanding why I was suspended and not the other player despit his more critical offenses

    If harassed on the xbox live you can report the abusing party or block them. Retaliating is an infraction of the Code of Conduct and object to enforcement acts.

    Sounds like you got a communication banned...wait let me get this straight. Did you said something or use a language that will break the CoC of Xbox upon messaging the unsporting player?

    Calling out players GT is not allowed on this forum.

    In such situation, its always best to simply, report, block and move on with such a bad player, because if you retaliate in anyway that breaks the CoC of Xbox then was reported you will get suspended.

    I got suspended on Xbox for being bullied.

    You wouldn't be suspended unless you've retaliated. You won't be harassed, say nothing back, report them and then get suspended.

    You can retaliate,it's how you retaliate that's the key.If you do it in a way that violates the ToU/CoC then you risk being suspended.

    Just report & block anyone harassing you over live & they'll be the ones getting suspended,not you.

    As Jayadub said,it's not difficult.

    The problem is usually this. When people harass or send you abusive messages - then your son needs to block them and report them. If your son retaliates by sending abusive messages or responds in like verbally they will also suspend your son also. Each and
    every account is investigated and every message sent or received, even if you delete them off your console, can be pulled up by the Enforcement team. So in the future always do not retaliate when you run across people who are harassing you

    exact same thing just happened to me, this kid wouldn't stop messaging me and calling me trash, i then asked to 1v1 and i got suspended for a week. Ridiculous
    If someone harasses you just report that person or block him from further abuse, there is no use in taking things personally. Retaliating counts as harassment and is subject to enforcement acts
