Harassed by same player multiple profiles

OK so I don't know if anyone will see this but a friend of mine is being severally harassed by her ex who lives in america.. His main account was blocked but he keeps making new. Ones and sending stuff.. Yes she replied by asking him. To go away but did use a swear word and he has been reporting messages and getting her on a communication ban... Is there anyway this can be stopped

Your friend would need to report them and block them each time they do that. The enforcement team will investigate from there.

Hey Heavenly, I am really sorry to hear about this harassment. I just want to reinforce that we take harassment very seriously, and that we review each and every complaint filed. If we find that the same user is making multiple GTs to harass another player
(or otherwise violate the Terms of Use), we will take further action against that individual. Again, I'm very sorry to hear about this situation, but if you are blocking those players and filing complaints, you are doing the right thing.

Same here. One profile yesterday getting multiple attempts on Advanced Warfare, rebooted and then it did work. Today attempted multiple times on another profile, ev_bullet error time after time, both profiles and multiple shut downs and restarts. Multi player
works fine.

What's the deal here?

THEOWENKILLER, has given the right answer... Block messages, to only friends etc..

If this person, harasses you, in a game.. Then, go to his/her profile & avoid the player in question... Also, File Complaint & report harassment on profile too...
