Harassed and Threatened to have my account banned

I just had the same thing with me a few minutes ago. Though while vague real life threats were made, I knew exactly what it meant. Of course this guy didn't say anything inparticular and is probably just mad since he can't kill me and my friends(and because
he was the instigator) began to threaten me and my friends with real life repercussions. What ones? Don't know. All I got was "24 hours", "I got something for you and it's not in game." That stuff. Even it's that's true, I have photographed evidence and have
reported him to xbox live as have my friends. If there is one this you don't do, it's join someone's party, especially if they threaten you in real life or in the virtual world (Xbox Live, your accounts, bank accounts, personal data, etc, etc, the whole 9
yards) it MAY be a scare tactic yes, but rather be safe than sorry. Other than all of that, just have fun on Xbox Live and relax bud. I guess I got 24 hours until something happens then. >.> Swatting? Frying my router and modem? Hacking? Who knows. I bet
it's nothing.

 

I dont think you have anything to worry about.If you did say something mean or nasty its more than likely the result of him provoking you.But in the future dont respond to these people.You could be talking to a minor.Just block them from messaging you and
let it go at that.Theres always gonna be haters.Try not to lower yourself to their level by doing the same.

Wait, you don't know me either, so how is that helping the situation?

And why did I kick the guy from the game/party? Well if you have to know, Vincent, it was during a game of Rainbow Six Vegas 2 I was having with a couple friends. A random came in who was clearly drunk and was literally yelling at us to do what he wanted
us to do. It started to bother my friends a lot so I kicked him out. Then, as to be expected, a flurry of angry messages came to me. My reason for bringing it up is that you don't HAVE TO TAKE ABUSE unless you are just some submissive mental weakling that
is too scared to deal with some person that probably lives across the country from you.

All in slurred speech and in a very loud voice. I just couldn't take it anymore.

 

Lol i never had anything like that happen to me but i never talk to people well i tried once 2 years ago but it annoyed me

@ BizarroMantis I'm amazed I found another player who still plays RSV2. Haven't played it in a while myself.

 

I only play if a friend requests it, but I don't play it very often at all. It's still incredibly fun to me, it's just I'm playing other things.

 

Can you guys please take this somewhere else....this forum is to get my issue resolved and with all this unneeded posting it doesn't seem that is going to happen. Make your own forum if you have the same problem...

 

And btw, you can stop insulting me. How you react to things and how others react to things is different. Not every one is the same and doing the right thing that I have been given the option to do (as clearly stated in the rules) does not make me a mental
weakling. If someone is being cyber-bullied to the point where they are legitimately upset and want to kill their self and they try to get help with the issue that gives you the right to judge them/act like you know the whole situation? It's like you read
nothing about my post and just came here to take advantage and start more crap by offering YOUR opinion that doesn't help with anything. If the problem escalates to something like this then I have every right to report abuse as Xbox clearly tells me I should
do. You have no say in that. It doesn't make me any less or more of a human being to stand up for myself.

Way to insult someone for a gamer tag they chose to create. That makes no sense. Second - read my first post. You're on my thread so insulting me over it makes no sense. I clearly said I reported the problem and am waiting for an Xbox representative to help
with the issue.

@BizzaroMantis No, you're not. You're going off of how I'm maturely trying to handle something on a forum that has no relation to anything that happened when this person bullied me. I haven't insulted you once and you've come here to harass me for absolutely
no reason. How about you reply to my previous message and the good points I made in it instead of continuing to pass your blind judgment?
