Harassed and Threatened to have my account banned

A person last night has sent me numerous messages harassing and insulting me, then he threatened to get my account banned for responding to his messages. Mind you (I didn't insult him), but he continuously used homophobic slurs and racial insults against
me. He even sent me 3 messages in a row last night that I did not reply to. I blocked him so one of those messages was lost. What I want to know is, is he allowed to continue replying to me when I ask him to stop? Yes I've blocked him and his friend from sending
these rude messages but I'm still concerned with my account. I didn't break the Code Of Conduct - but he kept bullying me. He wants me to stop sending him messages yet he keeps sending me messages over and over. I'm not entirely in the wrong here because it
takes two people to argue and he's also causing a lot of the problems. He has the option to block and delete my messages but he provokes me and escalates the issue further. I only reply to the messages he sends me but I even stopped that. He then sent me more
messages to get a rise out of me; even one on him with the phone with an Xbox representative (though I can't tell what the man is saying because he held the phone obnoxiously close to the microphone). Basically everything he's done is very hypocritical and
immature. He said things like "I'm ending the conversation" but then continued to bully me and insult me If I asked him to not send messages. I'm obligated to press the reply button if he does continue messaging me but he's also agitating/provoking me. One
particular thing he said was "If I'm bullying you I'm glad I'm bullying you, (homosexual slur)." and even made fun of my voice/called me more names. I've avoided him as a player, stopped talking to him and filed complaint but I feel like this problems needs
to be taken more seriously than that. It shouldn't be right to record messages of you on the phone with Xbox workers just as an act to blackmail/threaten some one. That does bother me. Could my account really be banned if I just defend myself? Is there any
way I can get this issue taken care of?

I am threatened and harassed by supposedly Xbox live moderators. They say there are gonna delete my account

Communication Ban

I was banned from communications for 1 week and do not know why, when I'm the one that is being constantly harassed by a group of players. They have even harassed my dad and my mother but yet, I'm the one that gets a communication ban. They have verbally
threatened my family and myself, they have even messaged my dad and my mom along with myself. Can someone please tell me WHY??????????

 

If you didnt respond with anything vulgar then im sure you are ok and filing a complaint from your console is the only way it will get looked at eventually just takes time

You've done everything you need to do.

The enforcement team will investigate this but it can take time as they can get 1000's of complaints per day,all of which have to be investigated.

The enforcement team are the only one's who can ban you from xbox live.If you've done nothing wrong then you nothing to worry about.

It'd still be nice if some one could resolve the problem. This guy was just breaking all kinds of rules.

Yes he can banned you, by hacking into your account then use it for hack games online then it get banned that one way of it.

 

No he can't.It's almost impossible to hack someones account.Even if someone did manage to do what you've said then you open up an unautherised access case with support.

I've only had one person totally go off on me in 10 years and it was because I kicked him from a game and party, with very good reason. I read one message and ignored the other 5-6. You got totally owned because you're clearly submissive and you do what
people tell you to do.
