Happy Wars: Cannot play AT ALL (Xbox 360)

I went onto Happy Wars a few days ago and I had seen that It needed a update. But when the game finished updating and I pressed start it said: You need to update the game to play. I pressed A and guess what comes up...Re-Download the entire game. I accidently
pressed yes, and I saw that it was about to 'redownload' so I dashed to the Xbox Dashboard (nice pun?) and I saw that it wasn't even downloading. Out of mind, I went to storage to check if the game had a Save Data file incase I had just lost an entire year
of gameplay. Nextly, I see a thing called: Title Content Progress cache, it had 616MB. I don't know what this is, should I delete it or not? Does it contain my save, or an error of the update? I can't actually play the game at all anymore, although I can access
the game via My Games. What should I do? I can't play and apperently it has really fun events going on.

I cannot download Happy Wars and all it says it Cant download Happy Wars someone please help. and my Internet isn't bad

 

I'm pretty sure this isn't your personal data, that is saved to the server. It should be okay to delete.
