Hanging spinning circle

Launching Forza Motorsport 5 for the 2nd time and get a spinning circle. Program repeatedly goes through the intro but no further. Help this is a brand new xbox one.

Can't buy anything

No error code, the circle just keeps spinning and spinning.

 

Getting shot in the back a lot. Help?

Try spinning in circles the whole game

 

Hey there. It sounds like if this is a new system and you just installed the game and it's hanging up like that, you may just need to do a hard reset.

A hard reset is simple. While your system is on, go to the front of it, and hold your finger on the power sensor (the white light with the X symbol in it) on the right hand side for a full 10 secs. After that just let it sit for an additional 10 secs and
then tap the sensor to turn it back on. Don't stress if you have to tap it twice, that's normal.

It's going to take a minute or two for it to completely load up while starting up because it's running a maintenance in the background which is fixing the error that's causing the issue. When you get back to the home page just get signed in and then start
up the game and see if it works.

Any time you run into an issue like this always start with doing a hard reset. If it helps then great, but if not you may need to call support at 800-4-MYXBOX and let a professional know about it.
