Hanging crashing app fix?

I open my game "Prison Architect" and I press play. It then loads a black screen as the game for around 40 seconds then it crashes. It has been doing this for a month now and I've looked online for every way to fix this and they all say the same stuff on how to fix it. I've tried all their forms and it still hasn't been fixed. I've gone to the game's settings and repaired, reset, and uninstalled it many times. I'm using the Xbox app/Microsoft store to install the game.

Thanks for the extra info, you already tried a lot of things

I can advise you other things, but just to confirm. If you try a different game. It works flawlessly and everything. Right?

In any case, do this:

A. Create a new local administrator user in your PC and try from there

B. If you installed the game on a different drive than C:, please move the game or reinstall it to C: drive to see if that helps

C. This can be a bit odd, but make sure that all Xbox services are up and running

Press Windows button and type Services

On Services App from the list of results, press right-click and run it as administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

And do this with each of the services listed above:

Right-click over the service and select Properties.
Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic (if not, change it to automatic)
If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services

Restart your PC and try again

D. Run the SFC tool to find and repair possible system corruptions

I am doing this on windows 11.

This game has crashed multiple times already. I was also able to play this game before and suddenly one day it started crashing.

It probably has updated because it automatically updates (my pc and the game). I have updated my windows system many times before and it still hasn't worked.

Here is a list of what I've done so far. I might've done more stuff too.

Reset Windows Store from Command Prompt
Update the applications from Windows Store
Re-register all Microsoft store Apps
Run Store troubleshooter (troubleshooter says it can't fix hanging or crashing apps problem)
Perform a clean boot
Restarted my computer many times
Uninstall and reinstall many times
Reset and repaired through settings
Verify and repair through the Xbox app

Please answer the following questions to assist you properly :

Is this happening on Windows 10 or 11?
Is this the first time that you try to play the game or was you able to do it previously?
If it's the second. Do you know if your windows system, an app or hardware component received recently an update?

And, please tell me briefly what else did you tried so far to fix this problem (besides the ones described in your post)
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

So the troubleshooter ran and the problem it detected was Hanging or crashing apps and it was unable to fix it, any information on that? If not that's ok you've been a great help.

Hi thankyou, i ended running Microsoft troubleshooter on Windows store and it said troubleshooting was unable to automatically fix all the issues found,

Problems found,

Hanging or crashing apps. Not fixed
