Handy tip for all 360 owners, all models of console

Have seen a few posts relating to stuck disc trays, opening instructions for all models of 360 consoles:

Console war over before it started...XBL Subscribers leaving over Xbox One

I can't wait until all the people who buy the Xbox One freak out when MS closes down their servers for it. The console will just be a paperweight as all the info is online. All past consoles are still playable offline and this will be the first so I doubt
it will sell as well as they think.



Plus didnt MS come out awhile back saying that 40% percent of 360 owners dont go online? I guess they dont care about them anymore?

That's handy for Sony.



It's not like Playstation 4 owners have really got that much to play.

 

I'd be more worried about the auto feed drive on the X1 than the disc tray on the 360.

 

Every stuck disc tray from every Xbox was fixed after I walked in the room lol

To prevent the stuck disc tray, leave a disc in it.

I won´t happen with a disc inside.

 

I've never had a problem with a disc tray like the 360 has, not on the 360, and not on any computer or other device either. However, I've had all kinds of problems with CD players that had auto feed drives like the X1 has. Namely that they fail to load right
and scratch the poo out of the discs. Other than the high price, that type of drive is the biggest reason I hesitate to buy an X1.

 

The "Open tray" error maybe a better definition.....

Incorrect Mrs Jolly..... I wish it was true. I thought storing a disk in the drive was not reccomended ?? You know part of the instructions included with a console....

 

Either way, seems a repair is needed

If you don´t move your console NOTHING will happen

As long as you use your Xbox every day and play the game in the disc tray.

I´m sorry but for me it is normal to use the Xbox every day and play the game.

I do NOT "store" a game in the Xbox that´s not why I have an Xbox

I sometimes forget that not everyone likes to connect their daily life with some Xboxing.
