    Consoles vs inernet

    Sadly we are limited out here in the sticks. Satellite Internet and the Hotspot are my only options.

    No Internet Connection

    Hey guys I have a real big issue, I cannot connect to the internet on Xbox One, on 360 it was all fine and when i try to fill in the confoguration (ip adress...) from xbox 360 to xbox one it says that this is incorrect. I have loaded the beginning update
    via hotspot from my handy but this isnt working forever, so you guys could please help me, thanks!

    Sorry to hear it. Please make sure you're on the right gamertag. Also, please try powercycling your console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down.

    I would like to suggest a full internet connection as well if possible. A hotspot is handy but can also cause issues, especially if your hotspot has a limited amount of bandwidth for the month

    This wont work as its not a problem with your xbox or your router its a problem at microsofts end.

    Technically yes, but you need to watch how much data you subscribe for. Game downloads and updates can be tens of gigabytes, and streaming and online play can both be very data intensive. Plus wi-fi hotspots are pretty good, but not 100% reliable.
