    My brother ran into a toxic person through xbox and he is calling my little brother KAREN and name calling isn't nice. I am not saying the user due to privacy purposes. I as an Xbox Ambassador will be respectful to others even they are being mean to you.

    Hello, just because the ban was only for 24hrs doesn't not mean that it will be lifted. Just because your an ambassador doesn't mean that it will be lifted either. Something happened for his account to get banned. People don't just get banned for no reason,
    it was some kind of evidence that warranted the ban. If you run into toxic people report report report and don't engage with them!!!

    Btw he wasn't banned by this guy - he was banned by the enforcement team !
