    Unfortunately it seems like you can't, and the only option is to turn off the whole Kinect, thus turning off your voice commands Hand gestures :(.

    You can try a reboot hold console button 8 seconds then power up after 10 seconds, you can also try changing your power setting to energy saving mode this as worked for some
