I'm a bit confused as to what you're looking for. If you're looking to remap buttons to a controller, via PC, there are options. On Windows 10,

there is the Xbox Accessories app you can use. That article is from Windows Central which has pretty good articles for this sort of thing. But is there another issue you're experiencing? I'm having a bit of trouble following what the issue is.

It might sound like a rant, but what was going on was me trying to understand why MS products have become so bad with help. You can't in 2019 give help as a product without bias than something should be fixed. halowaypoint is a 100% MS owned site. I only
asked for custom control support in the feedback section for the game Haloe reach for PC.

I got mad when some person called a "monitor" linked the FAQ like i'm doing something wrong. I paid to use the product, i can't ask for support in the correct place to ask for it? I read the FAQ, anyone can go check. It says i can ask for feedback or features
to the product that forum is used for. I was on the forums for Halo Reach PC, the monitor first off shouldn't ever have linked just some FAQ pages, they clearly had an biased mindset, and try to throw me off.

Once again i come here thinking i woudl get help for a Micrososft product, but my 3 first replies are from Xbox Ambassadors, What would they know about PC gaming in the first place?

They just think i'm using a Micrososft controller to be able to use this thrid party app? You know someone should teach that it helps to know what someone is using. I am on PC i'm not linked to a brand or design of one company. My controller is a razer wolverine
tournament edition, it seems to not work with the app, plus i'm on PC, i woudl like to use ingame settings over the app anyways.

But now, it doesn't matter, i moved back to Apex, i used Revo uninstaller to remove all Xbox apps and features from my PC. if you don't know you can use Revo to remove all the apps that Windows Add & remove doesn't let you.

I tried to get into Reach, i really did, one day i could try it again, but it will be from Steam and not the Micrososft store. Too many small issues that just go away from just using steam. The first being they have controller custom controls on their app,
plus it works for mine, so cool. second i can do simple things like remove the intro video and add command lines for fullscreen or over PC lines that most people are use to.

I bring that up, because i asked in this same forum on how to remove the intro video from Reach using game pass, i got an Xbox Ambassador saying i shouldn't mess with my files as i could crash my pc or something. Once i seen this persons post i knew that MS
forums are done with me. I'm better off dealing with people who know how to help and i'll move to social media.

Reddit was so easy to ask PC gamers on how to get the intro video removed or messing with the ini files to get my controls working, but no, not from people who work from the same company who owns the game i guess. One doesn't even need to go far to see these
issues, the forums have copy & paste replies, with people saying you didn't even read my post over and over. What a shame, i expect better.

It's your choice what you spend your money on, so if you aren't happy with something, there is no real need to broadcast it. I would exercise some patience, as the teams over at 343 will likely look into this kind of feedback, if they are aware of it. My
best advice, would be to post over on their forums and feedback section.
