    Halo's taking too long


    So yesterday around 11 am, I downloaded halo MCC off of my smartglass. It is currently 11:59 am the next day and I am only at 40℅. Why is this taking so long to download and could I do anything else to speed it up?

    P.s. does leaving your console on make it download any faster?

    I don't see any changes that the user has made to your account, at least from the website.

    If the account is indeed yours, you will be notified when the investigation is over via email. Patience is key in these scenarios.

    It looks like that account was marked a cheater. Sounds like you are just suspended, and should post in the

    Suspension forum    .

    Otherwise you just need to wait for phone support to get back to you. The forum cannot help you in this matter.

    Halo's taking too long

    Did you turn it off by pushing the button or using the controller. I think the only way it downloads while off is if you put it into rest mode by using Kinect. Regardless, if I have something to download I just keep it on.

    If your console is on power saving mode it won't continue downloading-but it will download and install quicker on.

    I haven't found a way around it myself yet, I do know the game downloads faster if you turn the system off. Other than that some games will let you play after it makes it to a certain portion of the download but if you start the game while its doing that
    itll slow the download speeds again and you may run in to some issues while playing the game.
