Halo_Master Chief Collection will not launch using Micorsoft Store OR XBOX App- and no...

After installing from XBOX App on Windows 10 (20H2 - Build 19042.9875) and windows updates are also up to date, NVIDIA graphics drivers are up to date), the game will not launch. The game was also installed via Microsoft Store and still will not launch. See below from Halo Support with the things they had me try (With No Success). AND my responses in BOLD.

1. Thank you for letting us know about what you have been experiencing with the game. I appreciate that you sent us your DxDiag information. May I ask if you were receiving an error message after launching the app? If you were receiving an error message, please let us know and send us a screenshot of the error that appears. NO ERRORS APPEAR. It just does not launch.

2. You can update Windows by doing the following:
Type "Windows Update" into your Start menu search bar.
Run that app and click "Check for updates."
Download and apply any pending updates.
Restart your computer.

System is up to date.

3.I would like to suggest another troubleshooting step for this situation.
This particular troubleshooting step involves launching the game with Easy Anti-Cheat enabled. To do this, bring up the Start menu, scroll through the list of programs, and look for Halo: The Master Chief Collection.
Please launch Halo: The Master Chief Collection instead of Halo: MCC Anti-Cheat Disabled and see if you'll be able to play the game smoothly.

Nothing Happens when clicking on LAUNCH.

We have looked into this and we have another set of troubleshooting steps that may help you.
Please open the Start menu then look for Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Right-click the game, select More, click App Settings, select Terminate, then click Repair. Afterward, try launching the game.
If it doesn't work, repeat the process but select Reset instead of Repair.
Modifying your Virtual Desktop settings may help too. To do this, follow these steps:
• Press Window+I to open Windows settings.
• Go to System > Multitasking.
• Scroll down to "Virtual Desktops"
• Change both options to "Only the desktop I'm using"
• Apply changes and test again in-game.

When I click on app settings for halo the master chief collection. App settings appears in a window..briefly.. and then disappears..

I attempted to click on app settings for a different ms store game and app settings comes up fine.

Also, "only the desktop I'm using" is already the choice in virtual desktops.

And.. when I go to settings/apps and features, halo is not listed as an app.

5.May I ask if you could repeat the steps for the Virtual Desktops on Windows? This time, change it to "All Desktops" then try the following steps to set the game as Borderless Fullscreen mode:
• Press Windows+R and type in %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\MCC\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor then press Enter.
• Find the file named "GameUserSettings.ini" then open it with Notepad.
• Search for the entry named FullscreenMode=
• Change the value to FullscreenMode=1
• Save the changes then close the file.
• Launch the game.

Hello, I tried what you requested below, restarted the PC, and still nothing happens when clicking on launch from the Xbox app and the MS store app.

I changed the virtual desktop settings back and tried it again and still nothing.
