Halo Waypoint "Xbox Live Account Error"

Not sure if this is the place to ask about this, but I can't post anywhere on the Waypoint forums so this will have to do. I have been trying to log in to Halo Waypoint only to be met with "Xbox Live Account Error, Please visit Xbox.com and click 'Profile' to resolve the problem, or try signing out and signing back in." I have done this, but it is very vague and did not help at all. When I visit Xbox.com, I am unable to sign in and the site just loads infinitely. Not sure if it is relevant, but when I go to the Xbox Support site, I am signed in under a very outdated gamertag from months ago. A solution I found online was to try to log in through incognito or through another search engine. Both of these solutions failed. Again, This might be the wrong place to ask this, but if you can help in any way it would be much appreciated.

Hi,I have also been having the exact same problem, I have also tried multiple ways of troubleshooting to no avail, this really sucks since I will be missing all the future Halo Infinite flights, if you do find the solution to this please do inform me.

Unfortunately, here we do not have access to your personal account, but some users have reported that uninstalling and installing the app has helped them in the past!

However, what I can suggest is try to log in to your account through the Microsoft website. If you are able to sign in without experiencing any issues, we suggest reaching out to Halo Waypoint support to check your account from their end.

It fixed itself, it works now.
