Halo waypoint login issue

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? It's worth a shot.

What's odd is that I can't get your Xbox Live profile to load (which I should normally be able to by clicking your name. You can try it, click my name - My profile should load for you.) and I can't find you on Waypoint. Which, I very well should be able
to do. Weird! Your profiles not loading makes me think it's not a Waypoint specific thing so I can't really help much more here. I think the issue is a bit more complicated at this point.

Try giving
phone team a shout and see what they can do for you. They may not be able to do much and may have to look closer but either way, come back and update this thread because I'm definitely curious as to what's going on here!

No..the issue isnt being unable to contact the official social media pages for help since there is no help to be found there.

Halo Waypoint is broken and I cannot login to even use the ticketing system, that is the issue along with the details I listed above with its errors.

My game is broken and unplayable and I need to report a bug but it seems the Halo Waypoint website needs to be fixed first.

Sorry to hear about you not being able to access the information.

Ensure you are utilizing the same email address the invitation was sent to and that this email is also your Microsoft Account email. If there is a difference in addresses, you will have to open a support ticket on Halo Waypoint to get the issue resolved.

Also, ensure that your browser isn't holding onto another users login info, you can usually see a profile pic in the top right hand side. If this is the case, you can click the pic and click add profile to log yourself in. You can also try using a private browser to remove all stored login info and then attempt to launch the site and log in again with your info.

I will also leave you with one additional item for now. Over this last weekend, we had a couple of services that were out revolving around account logins. This has sense been cleared up and hopefully resolved your issue. If you are still running into the stated problem, feel free to reply to this thread stating such and I help with further assistance.

I do have one Microsoft account only (hotmail one) which I do use for gaming (pc login, gamertag, xbox account, etc). though its not were I normally check my e-mails. the Halo Infinite Multiplayer invitation was sent to my gmail account. I din't receive any messages in my hotmail account. Might be these the cause of the problem? How can I solve this issue?

oh, I've just tried incognito mode. no luck so far. hope you can help me.

i have checked with the halo waypoint forums and it says they no and are currently working on the issue. i would try waypoint every couple of days
