halo waypoint banned

Discus and support halo waypoint banned in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am currently banned from halo waypoint for 11months. I didn't even post anything for a month.     I am currently banned from halo waypoint for 11months. I didn't even post anything for a month. My guess is they banned me from looking at a computer code or whatever it was. It happen after I checked the announcements and I clicked the subscribe button
    to be updated. It opened a page filled with numbers and letters. I closed the tab and reopened the page and it told me I'm banned till November 1st. I'm a regular visitor to that site and am curious why they banned me. I have not received a email or nothing.
    If that was the reason why am I banned for their mistakes. I surf the internet on a kindle fire. I was wondering Maybe that was the reason that happened. Please help me I don't know how to contact them or know where to go to resolve my problem.

    Hello I got banned on halo waypoint for saying noob and I did not get any warnings,is this fair.

    Ok just to Update Bungie no longer provides support to Halo its i snow 343 studios and waypoint.
