Halo Warthog Promo Code

alright. So. Just got off with the great customer support you guys have (being dead serious, thank you) and I was referred here so let me get into the details.

When Horizon 3 (H3) was released, you guys have put a promo code for a halo warthog if you played MCC and/or Halo 5. I have played both and currently still own them (if that matters). At the time of the promo, I did not own a copy of H3. (Since B4, I rarely
buy 1st day games anymore.). Now, I do own it but the message is gone. I wanted to know if I could receive some help here. Thanks.

Lost promo code

I had received a promo code for Forza Horizon 3 for the halo warthog and I accidently deleted it while deleting conversations on Xbox. Is there anyway to get a code?

 

Forza Horizon 3 Promo Code Warthog not downloading

Hello folks from Microsoft,

I received on the 8th of september (2016) a promo code for Forza Horizon 3, containing a Halo Warthog. I've already redeemed the promo code, however, my xbox never downloaded the warthog, and now I can't find the halo warthog in the 'My Games and Apps' section
(in the installed section of Forza Horizon 3) or in the actual game itself.

I've already contacted the Microsoft Tech Service, but they referred me to you guys.
