halo warthog code missing after playing and not being received

I have purchased Halo 1 and Halo Masterchief Collection and have been playing them for a while

and I have recently bought Forza Horizon 3 but have not received a code to download the halo warthog.

I still have not received the Warthog promo code and have played and earned at least 1 achievement for both Halo: MCC and Halo 5. I would like to know a little insight as to what to do if I still haven't received the Warthog code after the game's release.
And could someone please specify what "after the game's release" date actually is? Is it after the Ultimate Edition (Sep 23rd) or the Standard Edition (Sep 27th)? Does this mean after the "game's release" that codes will immediately stop? Is there a deadline
that these codes will stop being distributed? What should I do if I still haven't received the code by then?

I read the following post below from Mister Beep, but doesn't quite clarify my question.

Warthog codes for Forza Horizon 3 will continue to go out weekly in waves up to the release of Forza Horizon 3 to users who have played Halo 5: Guardians or Halo: MCC.

If you have not received your Warthog code for Forza Horizon 3, please be sure to hang tight while codes are sent out as you may be in a future wave. We cannot guarantee which specific waves an eligible user will be included in.

If you have received a Warthog code but the message was accidentally deleted, please proceed to create a new post so we can pass that same code back to you!
