    Hello. I purchased the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition bundle on December 4th. Those who preordered prior to the 14th would receive a code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition on the 20th but it is the 24th and I have yet to receive mine.

    FAQ    :

    If you pre-ordered the digital version from a participating retailer, you should receive a token for Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition. Log into your Xbox account and enter that token. Your Halo Wars: Definitive Edition token will be sent to that account
    within 7 – 10 days.

    You will get a Xbox Live message with the token. So you just have to wait a few days :).
