Halo Wars on Xbox One

Hi,

I have just purchased the Halo Wars game and it is not saving any progress. This is on a Xbox One.

When opening game, says I am not signed in (even though already signed in on xbox), I click ok to sign in, brings up my Microsoft sign in name, click ok then has a error message - 'Your profile was not completely downloaded. Please download it again from
Xbox Live'?

Halo Wars 2 had no problem logging in or saving the game. If I ignore this message then it saves the game ok but erasing it when xbox turned off. (rraaaa lol)

Halo Wars 2 trouble

I bought an xbox one that came with a disc copy of halo wars 2 ultimate edition and a digital copy of halo wars definitive edition. On the windows store, it says that I own halo wars definitive edition and all of halo wars 2's dlc, yet it does not give me
the option to download halo wars 2 on pc. I thought halo wars 2 was an xbox play anywhere game? Do I have to have it fully installed on the xbox for it to work?

Halo Wars 2 Ultimate not unlocking Halo Wars 1 on PC

Hi, I've recently bought a prepaid code for the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition (marked as a Play Anywhere title). I'm able to install Halo Wars 2 on both my PC and Xbox One, but Halo Wars 1 will only install on my Xbox One and doesn't show in my PC library.
Please can you advise?

Hey TuftedDust53959! To start, I would suggest clearing your local 360 storage via settings -> storage to see if that helps resolve the issue. Give it a shot and post back to let me know how it goes!

Hey there,

That screenshot indicates that you already own the game. Codes were only sent out during the pre-order period for Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition. Now, all digital purchases for Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition include the digital version of Halo Wars: Definitive
Edition. If the game is showing up in your library already, there is no need for a code.

Are you able to try downloading the game through the Halo app on the Windows Store? Within the Halo app, select the controller icon and see if it allows you to download the game through that menu.

Yes that screenshot indicates that I own the XBox One version, but not the PC version. As you see, there are two versions of Halo Wars 2. One for PC and one for XBox.

I bought the Ultimate Edition and I should have everything on PC and XBox, but I did not receive a Halo Wars Definitive Edition for PC. It's not in my store library. I do not own an XBox One.

The Halo App is only offering me to buy Halo Wars 1.

If browse the Windows Store to Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition it says that I own this product. It lists Halo Wars Definitive Edition as belonging to this package. If I click that, it offers me to buy Halo Wars Definitive Edition.

Clearly, that can't be right and something went wrong with the activation. Can you fix this?
