    hello, I purchased my preorder for halo wars 2 ultimate edition on January 1, 2017. I still have not received my halo wars definitive edition and was looking for assistance with this issue.

    Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition Pre-Order     page:



    The codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days from pre-order, beginning December 20, 2016



    So if you don't have your code after 10 days from your date of pre-order, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into it then.
