    I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition and was mean to receive a code for Halo Wars Definitive Edition. I ordered the game 11 days ago, and I haven't received any codes for either game (I can still play Halo Wars 2),.

    If you preordered the game prior to December 20th you should see a code in your message box, if you Pre Ordered on the 20th or After, your code will arrive within the 7 to 10 days after the preorder date. If you check
    commerce.microsoft.com what date do you see for a Pre-Order?
