    Hey there i pre ordered halo wars 2 ultimate edition which costed £65 i disagree that i have to wait up to 10 days to receive my pre order bonus see that the release of the game is in a few weeks. I can understand that others pre ordered and still not recieved
    there codes is a little concerning i dont want to moan about this but it would be greatful to see us through and send the codes out asap please i contacted customer service which put me through to the forumn

    Halo Wars: Definitive Edition codes are sent within 7 to 10 days of a pre-order/purchase and sent to your Xbox Live Messages for redemption. Which day did you pre-order/purchase the game? Unfortunately we're not able to send out codes prior to the 10 days.
    They have to be added to your account before we have the ability to forward them to you which can take up to 7 to 10 days.

    Halo Wars Definitive Edition is only available for those who pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition, not the standard edition.
