Halo Wars Definitive Edition PC code

Hello, I have not received the Halo Wars Definitive Edition PC code yet. I had purchased the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition of February 17th so the 10 day wait period is past now. Can you help?

Did not receive Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition code for HW Definitive Edition

Hello,

I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition through the Windows Store on PC. I still have not received a code to download and play Halo Wars Definitive Edition on PC. Could I have the code sent?

 

Can't download Halo Wars Definitive Edition

I got the Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition Pre-Order on PC and I do have a game called Halo Wars Definitive Edition "Owned" but the game called Halo Wars Definitive Edition (PC) I don't. The one I own I can't do anything with.

 

If it helps, this pertains a support request [MOD REMOVED]. I still have not received the code on my Xbox app on PC and it's now been over two weeks since I purchased Halo Wars 2.
