Halo Wars Definitive edition not unlocked with Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition purchase

I do not have Halo Wars Definitive edition unlocked and it's supposed to be included with the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition purchase. Is there an additional code that I need in order to access this?
