    Halo Wars Definitive Edition: getting the code is like an odissey


    So, let me explain the situation. I pre-ordered HW2 Ultimate Edition especially to play Halo Wars Definitive Edition.

    Now, i pre-ordered the game on the 25th of December thinking that the code for HWDE would have been immediately available (since the day it launched was 20th of December). From that time it started my "odissey".

    Contacted support via chat multiple times to let me understand the situation. They were not clear and they also haven't give me the code.

    Now, the problem is that there's missing a common procedure for the distribution of this code. The support tells to wait 7- 10 days and the only way is by message on xbox live. Then you go on reddit or other forums and you see that people that pre-ordered
    even the 26th got their HWDE code via support because maybe they got lucky and found someone "good"

    I think that it's really not good to deal with customers this way. Mostly because the majority of people are loyal customers that bought the game in time for christmas just to play with that great game that Halo Wars is. Please, try to solve this matter
    or at least give us clear information.

    I have not received my code for Halo Wars definitive edition after I pre-ordered Halo wars 2 ultimate edition and it's getting annoying, any help.

    redeemed my preorder for halo wars 2 untimate edition and never got my halo wars definitive edition code. I can play halo wars 2 but like I said never received the code
