Halo Wars: Definitive Edition Code

Hi there,

I was directed to post here by Xbox Support about my missing Halo Wars: Definitive Edition code. I pre-ordered the digital Ultimate Edition of Halo Wars 2 through the Microsoft Store on December 7th.

I still have not received my code that was supposed to arrive today.

my halo wars definitive edition does not download and asks me to re purchase halo wars 2 please send me my code for me to get halo wars definitive edition.
