Halo Wars Definitive Edition Code?

I preordered the ultimate edition of Halo Wars 2 earlier this month, like January 13th to be exact. It's been over 10 days now and I still haven't received a code for Halo Wars DE, anyone else having this problem? They said we should receive a code within
7-10 days but it's been longer than that for me. Anyone know who I could talk to about this or did they say something else about receiving the codes that I missed? Help would be appreciated thanks!

I just got the Halo Wars 2 Definitive Edition, how do I get the key for Halo Wars 1 Definitive Edition

 

I actually preordered the 13th as well, haven't received mine yet. Hopefully they send it out today for us.

 

I wonder why they don't just let you download it right away like Steam does when they sell bundles. Why do such an archaic thing like deliver a code to people if they bought it and have to wait over a week to boot, I just don't get Microsoft sometimes

 

Same with me I pre-ordered on the 13th and talked to a customer support and said to make a post and that was it. zzzzz let me know if you get yours and I'll do the same here.

 

Well from what I read on the halowaypoint forums, as the look of it most people were getting their key codes on Tuesday. So I'm hoping we get ours tomorrow.

 

I preordered on the twelfth and haven't received mine yet either.

 

Well it's Tuesday, still no response. W-T-F Microsoft. Why the he ll have they not caught up with how Steam does things? Clearly they want to compete with Steam but they won't be able to even hold a candle to it if they pull dumb archaic crap like holding onto
a bundled game for 7-10 days especially since they aren't even committing to that timeframe anyways considering I have been waiting for 12 days now to play a childhood classic! Where is a Microsoft employee when you need one?

Same issue here its been 11 days.

 

I preordered on the 12th. Still no code. I talked to a rep and they said they are having issues with these but I don't know why they can't be more transparent about it.

 

I just got my code a few minutes ago! Problem solved! Hope you guys get your codes too!
