    Been told by ske7ch343 that if i haven't received a code yet for Halo Wars and i preordered before the 20th, that you fine fellows would perhaps be able to assist
    me. Apparently you guys have the ability to verify my status and if applicable, issue a code.

    Did you preorder a physical copy of Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition or digital copy? If it's a physical copy, your code for the Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be in the box for Halo Wars 2. If you preordered a digital copy, you'll get a code for the Halo
    Wars DE copy to your Xbox Live message center 7-10 days after redeeming your code.

    Hi there! you're right, I preorder a physical copy of the game, only because here in italy we cannot buy the limited edition in shops like Gamestop ecc.. so the only way to have it must be ebay or amazon.
