    I've preordered the Halo Wars 2 Deluxe edition and still haven't received my Halo Wars definitive edition code. I'd like to know if there's any problem with my order.

    The purchase was made through the Windows Store.

    I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition through the Windows Store on PC. I still have not received a code to download and play Halo Wars Definitive Edition on PC. Could I have the code sent?

    When did you purchase Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition? The Halo Wars: Definitive Edition code will be sent to you 7-10 days after purchasing Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition. If it has not been 10 days after purchasing, hang tight and post back here if you do
    not receive a code after waiting 10 days.
