Halo Wars Definitive Edition Code not Received

Hi, my problem is that days ago, i pre-order the Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition and they said the were giving codes for the Halo Wars Definitive Edition. I haven't received any code at all. Been seen people with the same problem. Want too clarify that i
already talk to Xbox Support and they send me here.

So if you don't have your code within 10 days of pre-ordering, feel free to post a new thread and we'll take a look.

The codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days from pre-order, beginning December 20, 2016



So if you don't have your code after 10 days have passed, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll take another look then.
