I preordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition on the 5th of December. It was stated that we'd receive the Halo Wars Definitive Edition on the 20th if we preordered before the 14th. I've still yet to receive my code.where is my code now??please send the code

I preordered the Ultimate Edition of Halo Wars 2 on Jan 12, and still haven't received my DL code for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition 11 days later. Please advise.
