Halo Wars Definitive Edition Code Deactivated on arrival

So after waiting the 10 days my code arrived deactivated, after talking to support they told me to wait 3 days and then just told me to post here, Also said to talk to Amazon but i'm pretty sure they don't have a hand in this. Please Microsoft fix this situation.

well thats a new one deactivated, ive not heard of anyone in that case tbh, i hope it gets fixed just hang in there
