    i ordered halo wars definitive edition on the 9th and haven't received my code as of yet according to halo official forums post and tweets game studio:

    according to the links shown, by the game studio and i quote from them :

    If you pre-ordered the digital Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition PRIOR to 12/20 then you should have received your HWhalo wars defenitive edition code not recieved :DE code by now. If you haven't gotten it then something is probably wrong
