Discus and support Halo Wars: DE Code yet to receive in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I preordered my code on the 26 of January I believe and have yet to be issued a code for the Halo Wars: DE.     Halo Wars: DE Code yet to receive


    I preordered my code on the 26 of January I believe and have yet to be issued a code for the Halo Wars: DE. I was directed here by microsoft support. Please help in terms of issuing me a code as I really wish to do so before Halo Wars 2 comes out so I can
    get caught up on the story. Thank you.

    I preordered Halo Wars 2 before December 20 and I did not receive a code for Halo Wars DE.

    According to the
    Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition Pre-Order     page:



    The codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days from pre-order, beginning December 20, 2016



    So if you don't have your code after 10 days from your date of pre-order, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into it then.

    When did you redeem the code provided by Amazon? Once you redeem the code for Halo Wars 2, you should receive a code for Halo Wars DE within 7-10 days.

    The codes for Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days from pre-order, beginning December 20, 2016



    So if you don't have your code after 10 days from your date of pre-order, feel free to post up a new thread and we'll look into it then.

    Haven't received the Halo Wars DE code yet.

    I'm in the same boat. They just told me it's a Pre-order ONLY promotion. Which is where I am fighting now to get the code.
