    Halo Wars: DE code yet to be recieved after pre-ordering on the 7th December


    As the title says, I pre-ordered on the 7th December and has yet to recieve my Halo Wars: Definitive Edition code even though it has been stated that one will get a code 7-10 days after pre-ordering the Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition. Considering I pre-ordered
    13 days before the 20th I should have got my code on the 20th which I did not get.

    It is now 23th December for me and I'm still waiting. Where is the code I was told and promised I would get 3 days ago? And how come people who pre-ordered on the 19th are getting their codes before people like me who pre-ordered more than 10 days ago before
    the waves of codes started being sent out?
