Greetings! I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition with this account on December 2 and have not received my Halo Wars Definitive Code yet. Thanks for the help!

Many people having same issue, summed up xbox support was contacted by a customer and said codes will take a max of until 2nd of January to be received as they are being sent out in waves randomly

Reps are saying they are being issued on first come first serve basis not randomly, I got my code from the support side of this forum. You should both try there as Miss Bijoux has been really helpful getting people their code, I pre-ordered on the 17th and
got mine the 24th.
