    Halo Wars DE code was delivered as deactivated

    I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition and when I tried to redeem the code i was sent for Halo Wars DE it stated that the code had already been deactivated. I pre-ordered it on February 3rd and received the code through my game hub messenger on February
    10th.

    When did you redeem the code provided by Amazon? Once you redeem the code for Halo Wars 2, you should receive a code for Halo Wars DE within 7-10 days.

    Did you preorder a physical copy of Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition or digital copy? If it's a physical copy, your code for the Halo Wars: Definitive Edition will be in the box for Halo Wars 2. If you preordered a digital copy, you'll get a code for the Halo
    Wars DE copy to your Xbox Live message center 7-10 days after redeeming your code.
